Charles Kwame Asare has resigned as Managing Director of Ghana Airport Company Limited.

Charles Kwame Asare has resigned as Managing Director of Ghana Airport Company Limited.

 

According to a statement dated 14 March, 2017 and signed by him, his resignation is in line with Clause 10(g) of the Executive Employment Agreement dated 24 September 2013.

The statement read "My resignation is subject to being paid six months salary which amount shall be paid in full and final satisfaction of all claims and amounts due to me upon termination under the Executive Employment Agreement."

It also stated that he was available to work with a successor to ensure that a proper handing over of office would be performed on or before 22 March 2017.

He expressed gratitude to the President for the opportunity to have served under him and wished his successor all the best in his operations.
